Rural kids start new free semester

Cheerfully, children in Shaoping County, Guangxi Province, began their
new semester on March 7. All primary and middle schools in Shaoping
exempted the students from tuition and incidental fees from March 7 this
year. Nearly 17,000 impoverished kids got free textbooks.
